Effective April 1, 2006, Green Shield Canada has been selected to process and pay your Dental and Supplementary Health Care and Out-Of Country Travel Claims. You should by now have received your identification card with your dependents listed on the back with their unique identification number. Each dependents identification number must be given to the service provider or pharmacy when making a claim. Please review the card and notify the administrator, Reliable Administration Services of any omission or incorrect information.

NOTE: You have up to June 30, 2006 to send all receipts for services rendered before April 1st, 2006 to Manulife for payment.
Retiree Coverage
Please note that retirees paying the retiree premium rates have the same coverage they had under the previous carrier, including the $10,000.00 lifetime out-of-country travel. Retirees paying the full active member rate premium maintain coverage under the active member plan including the travel program.
Your Life Policy currently $20,000 and the Short Term Disability Benefits are still being insured by Manulife Financial.
Semi-Private Hospital Ward Is Not Covered Under The Policy For Active Members or Retirees.
