Please be advised that SUB will only be paid for each week that the Local Union informs the Administrator that all job classifications are filled and there is no work available for members that have signed the out of work list.
Apprentices at trade school, and members that are in receipt of EI short-term disability or parental benefits will continue to receive SUB.
Members who refused a job for whatever reason, and continue to receive weekly EI benefits, will not receive SUB if the local unique reports that there are jobs available to be filled, for which travel members have been hired.
